This portal contains details of the numerous achievements of the Administration of President Muhammadu from  2015 to 2023. It was one of the outcomes of the multi-dimensional programmes designed by the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture to showcase the achievements.

The information therein is the aggregation of the scorecards of the various ministries, making the Portal the most authentic and detailed collection – in an electronic form – that anyone can have on the achievements of the Buhari Administration from its assumption of office in 2015 to the end of its two-term tenure in 2023.

The information on the various ministries gathered under the ‘PMB Administration Scorecard Series (2015-2023)’, which we launched on Oct. 18, 2022 to consolidate our propagation of the Administration’s achievements. Other components of the multi-layer programmes are the Scorecard Series that provides the platform for Honourable Ministers to tell Nigerians how they have fared in executing the policies and programmes of the Administration from their various sectors; the Documentary showcasing in vivid terms the giant strides of the Administration in all spheres of life; the Testimony Series that gives the platform for ordinary Nigerians to express how they have benefitted from the Administration’s policies and programmes and the Legacy Portal that will preserve for posterity all that I have listed above.

I can boldly say that we have achieved our objective of launching the entire Scorecard Series, which is to tell Nigerians what the Buhari Administration has done in all the sectors to positively impact on their lives. Prior to the launch of this Scorecard Series, the refrain from the opposition was that the APC and the Buhari Administration have nothing to campaign with in the run-up to the 2023 general elections. But we have proven them wrong. Not only do we have achievements to campaign with, we are spoilt for choice.

This Portal and indeed all the other components of our Scorecard Series, is a reality only because of the commitment and dedication to duty of our Honourable Ministers, who took time off their very busyschedules to give account of their stewardship. In a little over three months, 25 Ministers used this platform to present their scorecards to Nigerians. I will therefore like to use this opportunity to most sincerely thank the Honourable Ministers for their support and cooperation.

I also wish to express my appreciation for the support we received from all the staff of the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, heads of the agencies under the ministry as well as the media,which consistently and most diligently reported the presentations. Of course, our huge gratitude goes to President Muhammadu Buhari, who did not only give us the opportunity to serve as Ministers but trusted and gave us unflinching support to deliver on our mandates. That’s the reason, in the first instance, that we have a scorecard to present.

Above all, we thank God for life, without which we would not have been able to function in our private and official capacities.
